Rethink Alliance Award for Client Experience (2021)
Optisave is this year’s Business Resource Network (BRN) winner of BDO Alliance’s Client Experience Rethink Award! Optisave assisted customers overcome financial challenges of COVID with cost savings actions including vendor negotiation, adjusting licensing and utilization to the “New Normal” and facilitating acceleration in TeleWork(/Health/Medicine) services. We developed targeted strategies and implemented actions to identify immediate cost reductions, strategic sourcing opportunities, and performance efficiencies for more than twenty large healthcare systems facing financial strain during the pandemic.
Redefining Excellence Award in Exceptional Customer Service (2020)
Optisave is the proud recipient of BDO’s Redefining Excellence Award in Exceptional Customer Service for BDO Alliance USA companies, based upon our commitment to excellence as trusted advisors for our clients, and in particular, the example of our relationship and reputation at a large New England academic medical center. For that client, Optisave became an indispensable partner, called to the table for all major IT decisions over our two year engagement. Using our proven Survey, Analyze, Validate, and Execute (SAVE) methodology, we worked with the CIO, IT and Supply Chain groups to identify over $2M in savings. By providing an objective viewpoint and two decades of IT market intelligence and strategic sourcing experience, we were able to deliver significant cost and efficiency improvements.
Clear Choices Award in Technological Innovation (2019)
Optisave won BDO’s Clear Choices Award in the Technological Innovation category, for Business Resource Network (BRN) companies, based on our mission & vision and in particular, the example of Johns Hopkin’s cellular antennae solution - thinking out of the box to improve and expand cellular network for the medical center. The award was presented by Michael Horwitz, Executive Director, BDO Alliance USA, at the 2019 BDO Alliance Conference in Las Vegas this weekend. The theme of the Conference was “Clear Choices” - about staying focused on key priorities - and the competition was based on examples of how Alliance firms aligned with BDO’s core values, the fourth being Technological Innovation.
CPA Alliance Firm Cross-Selling Award (2004)
Optisave received an award for excellence in cross-selling, working together with BDO to win bids and identify significant IT savings and efficiencies for leading manufacturing and healthcare organizations such as Universal Forest products, 84 Lumber, and Perrigo.
BTA Teaming Award (2004)
Optisave was recognized for its outstanding dedication to business and technology teaming, working together with BDO to advise clients in identifying IT cost savings and process improvements.
